Supreme HOP was my favorite when I was younger, but then I got diagnosed with celiac disease and could no longer go... THEY NOW OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS. All pizza can be made gluten free, they even have gluten free fried chicken they can put on top! They also have calzones, and chicken fingers! This may not seem like a big deal to some, but it is really hard to find good gluten free pizza that isn't just a frozen one from the super market that they slap a high price tag on. Their pizza tastes real! And on top of that most pizza places do not offer gluten free calzones; theirs was delicious! I got buffalo chicken. The workers were super friendly and offering recommendations. Definitely will be coming back.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here. This has been one of my go-to places for delivery and take out for years. The service is always wonderful, friendly, and prompt. The food has always been delicious. The portions and the prices are fairly reasonable. If there's one complaint I have, it's that I wish it was bigger and more of an eat-in restaurant. It is definitely a great take-out/delivery place.

Please understand, Supreme Pizza is not the place for you if you're looking for a "quaint" dine-in restaurant. It's niche is good, fast take-out Italian/Greek food. Still consider their food to be of good quality, although one of their best preparers recently left. However, an Italian eatery it is not. Get your food and go, which is fine for us because the quality/price is good!

This is my "treat yourself" pizza place due to the cost, but I always enjoy it. The customer service has always been decent for me, so I don't know what others are talking about. Give them a good tip and put a smile on their faces :)

I ordered a pizza during the Super Bowl and although I clearly stated my address and spelled it out for the woman taking the order over the phone, the driver somehow ended up in Lowell instead of Billerica and called me to get correct address. Once he showed up, I still gave him a generous tip and thanked him for the delivery. Although the pizza wasn't as warm as I would have liked due to the travel time getting it to me, it was delicious and made perfectly to my special request. About 30 minutes later, there was a knock at my door. To my surprise, the delivery man was at my door with another custom large pizza, nice and hot and also made perfectly. He gave it to me free of charge and thanked me for my patience and service. Wonderful!!!! Haven't seen that kind of customer service in a long time. I threw out all of my other take out menu's and will be using Supreme House of Pizza for all my pizza deliveries going forward!
